A staple of well-curated interiors for generations, the Jade Plant earns its place with thick, glossy, deep green leaves perched on woody, branching stems that develop a beautifully aged, tree-like character over time. Resilient, long-lived, and effortlessly elegant — this is a plant you pass down, not replace.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect to direct light; a sunny windowsill is ideal. Strong light encourages compact, robust growth and can bring out subtle red edges on the leaf tips.

Water: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings, then water deeply. Extremely drought-tolerant — far more forgiving of underwatering than overwatering. In winter, reduce watering significantly.

Humidity/Temp: Content in standard home humidity and dry air; thrives in comfortable indoor temperatures between 65–75°F. Protect from frost and cold windowpanes in winter.

Pet note: Toxic to pets if ingested; keep out of reach of cats and dogs.
