Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light to maintain vibrant variegation, but tolerates moderate indirect light well.
Water: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly, ensuring excellent drainage.
Humidity/Temp: Appreciates moderate to high humidity; maintains best growth in consistent temperatures between 60–80°F.
