No plant commands color quite like a Croton. An explosion of gold, crimson, orange, and deep green — sometimes all on a single leaf — Crotons bring an unapologetic, tropical boldness that transforms any bright corner into a statement. If your space needs energy, this is your plant.

Light: Demands bright, indirect to direct light to maintain its vivid, multi-toned foliage. Low light causes the colors to fade dramatically — give it the brightest spot in the room.

Water: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings, then water thoroughly. Consistent moisture is key — they drop leaves when stressed by drought or overwatering.

Humidity/Temp: Loves warmth and humidity; thrives between 60–85°F. Keep away from cold drafts, air conditioning vents, and sudden temperature changes — they are sensitive to environmental shifts.

Pet note: Toxic to pets and humans if ingested; the sap can also cause mild skin irritation — handle with care.
