Hoyas are the quiet obsession of the plant world — and once you have one, you'll understand why collectors can't stop at just one variety. Thick, waxy leaves in an extraordinary range of shapes, textures, and variegation patterns trail and climb with effortless elegance, and when they bloom, they reward patience with impossibly perfect, porcelain-like flower clusters with a sweet, intoxicating fragrance.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light; stronger light encourages blooming. Tolerates medium light but may not flower. Avoid harsh direct sun which can bleach the foliage.

Water: Allow the top half of the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Their thick, succulent-like leaves store moisture — they are far more forgiving of underwatering than overwatering.

Humidity/Temp: Appreciates moderate to high humidity and consistent warmth; thrives between 60–80°F. Keep away from cold drafts and protect from temperatures below 50°F.

Pet note: Generally considered non-toxic to pets — a rare win for plant lovers with curious animals.
